This concept appears as a branching Industry 4.0 or also called "The Fourth Industrial Revolution". The incorporation of this scenario has been gradually and according to the technologies of each country. It appears this technological application through project management to software and 3D projects, automation on construction sites, material traceability, among others.
Unfortunately Brazil has not yet absorbed such innovation disruptiva, according to the National Industry Confederation - CNI.
The lean construction process seeks to show that the organization is prepared to the most fearless stages. Instead of inserting new technologies like 3D printing, HE, IOT and so on, it is necessary to dispose of bad processes and obsolete that do not add value to the construction.
The construction 4.0 underlies the principle of the institutions are "one step ahead", that is, it is essential to innovate and adapt to stay in business.
It is a focused activity in dry waste and pursuing operational excellence. With the use of this methodology, It will be greatest possible productivity gain, reducing costs and saving natural resources.
